# Role management

When you create a team in your webmag account and [invite new users](/en/article/inviting-new-users-1gk7pvc), you can assign certain roles to your team members and thus grant them different access rights.

*   **Manager:** Has full access except to payment transactions.
*   **Publisher:** Can fully edit and publish items.
*   **Editor:** Can only edit items. No permission to publish, withdraw or delete items.
*   **Auditor:** Can only view items.
