Insert video

Note: These instructions apply to YouTube and Vimeo videos. You can easily insert both YouTube and Vimeo videos into your publication in Webmag, e.g. via a link. Of course, you can also upload your own video files in Webmag.

First go to "Videos & Audios". Now select one of the available options in the snippet list such as "Video" or "Video Full" if you want the video to be displayed across the full width of the page.



Then open the settings of your video snippet and under "Video Block" simply insert the "video link" (which means the URL) to the desired video. If you wish, you can also add a caption to your inserted video under "Caption".



Note: Videos can also be inserted in any text field via the toolbar.

To insert videos via the text field and the toolbar, proceed as follows:

Click on the desired position in the text
Open the toolbar
do this either with the key combination CTRL+E (CMD+E)
or write a letter or word and mark it.
Click on „Insert Video“
Now insert a video URL or an embed code or upload a video file.
