Setting options for image galleries
Inserting an image or even a connected image gallery is realised by selecting the tab "Images & Galleries" in the snippet bar. Several different gallery variants and display options can be found here, and placed in the desired position in the editor by using drag & drop.
In order to create galleries with various pictures, use the snippets that mention the term "gallery" in their name, such as "media_big", "media_full", "gallery01" or "gallery01_loop". Use the settings to add more pictures to your gallery.
Note: Using the snippet „gallery01_loop“ allows you to generate an endless loop to repeatedly play back the images that are included in your gallery.
The toolbar also provides an option for inserting single images. To include your image via the toolbar, simply select a section of text or open the toolbar by pressing [ctrl]+e (Mac: [cmd]+e). Select "Insert image" ([ctrl]+P (Mac: [cmd]+P) to include an image. Now upload your picture as you are used to and confirm by clicking OK to have it inserted in the editor.
By clicking on the pencil symbol at the top left edge of the snippet, the setting options for the different image versions will be shown. Here you can, for example, change the size and position of the image, place filters over the image or add a link.
Note: One click on the inserted image opens the "Upload image" screen. Click again on the "pencil" to open the advanced menu for image editing.
