Shared items
Creating one's own pages or projects and sharing them with third parties as a template – this feature simplifies working with Webmag even more.
Via the setting parameters, it can be determined whether an item will be available as a template for sub-accounts.
Other users are now able to select the shared template via the "Add new item" modal and edit it as desired.
Note: In order to ensure that the shared element will appear in the selection as a template for other users, the element must have been published first.
Tip: For a visually appealing and clean layout of the template in the selection, a description and a cover picture should be saved in the settings in advance.
Note: Users with more than one account can also use this function across all accounts. The elements to be shared may be created within your main account in order to make them available to the sub-accounts of your choice. We will be happy to help you setting up your accounts accordingly.
